Trigger word is @bbf, but it helps to specify the tattoo's location and color. I usually add something like black tattoo on stomach or small black tattoo on left breast. You can try adding bad fingers and photorealistic to your negative prompt if you find that this LoRA degrades style or hand quality. From my experience, the strength has to be 1.

Black Addicted Tattoo

Trigger word is @baww. Behaves similarly to the Black Baby Factory tattoo. If you find that this LoRA makes things too cartoony/2D, you can remove photorealistic from your negative prompt and add anime, 2d instead.

Refugees Welcome Tattoo

Trigger word is @ref. This LoRA tends to produce 2D/cartoon style images, so keep that in mind when you write your prompts. You can use a 3D style LoRA to lessen this effect.
