A fan creation combining Shantae and the ever-popular Wetgal enemy, often through some form of absorption, possession, merging, transformation, or suiting. Regardless of the method, I really love this design and combination, with the images used to make this lora coming from art and comics from HugotheTroll, Chaoscroc, Trapknight, Slimycorrupter, Ever-So-Nitro, and Zorro-Zero. Overall, 52 images were used with some cropped from larger comics and some mirroring to help with symmetry.
Currently the "claw hand" prompt is somewhat unreliable, also the "makeup" prompt will be a random color unless specified. Any opinions and advice on how to improve this for a future revision are always welcome!
Anyways, without further ado...If you like this, please post what you make below as it helps generate buzz, plus seeing what you make with something I worked on always helps motivate me to keep doing what I do.
As always, please support the original artists for the work that they do. Thank you.

Wow, nice work, and such a unique concept! I'll definitely give this a try to see how it handles!

Glad you like her! This lora was a bit of a Hail Mary and has some inconsistency with the ears, but really love how it came out. Looking forward to whatever you make!
@StratoKay I was going to try your teen titans ones next but they can wait. Shantae is my bae (´♡‿♡`) and i'm a sucker for custom/fusion characters. Expect some images soon!
@NeilSylver Yeah, Shantae is a lil cutie. I first saw this version from a comic by Hugothetroll over on FA, then found a bunch by ChaosCroc and that really got the ball rolling for REALLY wanting to do this. Sorry for the little wait there, earlier by the way, but fingers crossed for your images!
@StratoKay I've recently been binge-playing all the games on my PS4 from gameboy version onwards so she's fresh in my mind https://civitai.red/images/140615917 https://civitai.red/images/140615941. Even went so far as to buy a chinese version of Seven Sirens so i'd have a physical copy! Your model is next on my list definitely! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
@NeilSylver I got into the series back on the 3DS (my physical 1st edition Pirate's Curse cart is a particular treasure), have 2 copies of Half-Genie-Hero for PS4 and Vita, the New Game Plush pack for Seven Sirens on Switch, and the Limited Run purple GBA release of Risky Revolution. Good times. Good Games. And MANY, MANY cute gals.
@StratoKay I could tell you had great taste, and i'm jelly of your first edition cart, and of risky revolution, it has come out on PS4 digitally so i should pick it up and give it a go. You're right about the cuties too, Rottytops, Risky Boots, the sirens and bosses, too many to count! (♡°▽°♡)
Amazing lora, i'm honestly surprised it works as well as it does considering the tricky concept and dual characters.
Thanks for the well crafted triggers as well, it essentially worked straight out of the box (until i broke it by pushing it too far :P Civit will probably shuffle my images in your gallery but they'll be in the intended order in mine, the last few are from when it started breaking down but these were usable)
'Slime (substance)' is an actual tag, but you should format it as 'slime \(substance\)' the backslashes stop the encoder from treating it as a weighted word and making your prompts unnecessarily heavier. 'merging' seems to function but i found the actual tag 'merging bodies' to work a little better if you want to test that and see if it's the same for you.
All in all, it's a fantastic lora and i plan to use it in future to test out various slime/tentacle tags (as you can imagine, there are a lot of these :P)
Love the img2vid you posted btw, that's one of the things i've not delved into and tried yet.
Thanks for the unique lora! ☆ ~('▽^人)
Part of the reason that this one is as refined as it is is kinda insane, that lora generation blackout. I kept submitting this for training, but it would fail after about 7 loras and then refund me. I kept using those failed loras to test it, adjusting prompts and iterating as much as I could until that bug ended to iron out as many kinks as I could.
@StratoKay Well it certainly worked, even when i eventually broke it with too many changes and it reversed their positions, some of the images fit my series of images surprisingly well! As i said, i'm definitely going to keep playing around with this and see what tags have an effect. (Tried 'translucent body' it worked on the tentacles but not her body, even reinforced with 'slime girl' so i want to dig through my lists and test out others. :)
@StratoKay Can i ask if your image order shuffles when you post them? I always do a series of sequential images and it annoys me when they get shuffled like that. They're in order in my profile though :/
@NeilSylver Oh it totally shuffles when on lora pages here, you have to click "view post" to get the real order...Figured that out the hard way.
@StratoKay It really annoys me because i really like doing sequential images for characters and people don't see that unless it's through my own page. The thing is, there's a rearrange function when uploading but if it shuffles anyway it's worthless. How hard would it be to number them when i'm uploading so i can at least see the order they'll post in? (; ̄Д ̄)
@NeilSylver Totally agree, I'd love to try sequential art on here, but that pretty much puts axes it. As for the numbering thing, you could always load the images up in a paint program and add a number to the corner.
@StratoKay Sorry, i meant in Civits UI when I upload them. Then the rearrange function might actually serve a purpose. I upload them in a specific order just to have them shuffled for seemingly no reason, though if it was that way then it would be right on your page but wrong in mine smh. I can't win either way lol
@NeilSylver c'est la vie
@StratoKay So... either Civit has fixed it behind the scenes or they're listening in on me, because my posts aren't randomized any more (°o°) (Don't know if you'll be able to tell from my posts image order compared to the other day). They're in reverse, but they're in order! I'll just start posting in reverse too and hopefully that works.
@NeilSylver Awesome! I also took your advice and altered the prompts to say "slime (\substance\)" thanks for that tip, btw!
@StratoKay Cool! Did it work better for you too then? I actually plan to come back and try a few other things with this sometime. As you can imagine, there's a LOT of slime/tentacle tags lol.
@NeilSylver Overall, it seems to be about the same, maybe a bit slimier in places, but I've been bouncing between testing out different checkpoints and bashing my head against ComfyUI trying to get a new animation to come out well
@StratoKay I'd recommend the new checkpoint i'm using. It's crazy good. The prompt adherence is insane and it has a custom lora built in to make all shots perfectly focused on the character. Actually wrote a HUGE review on it and tested everything i could think of on it over 20 images (A couple are a little hardcore though but i had to check it's limits, so please don't judge if you go looking). Check out my recent image posts in my profile and look how lightweight the prompts are for the results i'm getting.
@StratoKay I noticed the tag worked mainly on her arms but because of her solid body it had little effect on it. I'm sure i'll be able to find a tag to solve that with a little digging and weight changing.
@NeilSylver Cinema Metropolis?
@StratoKay That was my previous one, I'm on the hilariously named Mega Cock now. Don't judge it by it's name though, it does everything great not just NSFW.
@StratoKay My write-up on it is actually pinned, I explain what i was testing for over 20 images. it's very lengthy though so be prepared for a read!
Good enough of a recommendation for me, downloading now. Thanks for the recommendation!
@NeilSylver Well considering I know two cartoon styles named Saturday Morning Syphilis and Dixar, it wouldn't exactly be my first rodeo for checkpoints with weird names
@StratoKay Not at all, just remember that i'm not joking about the intense prompt adherence. 9/10 if something looked wrong for me, it was a case of having two conflicting tags, so start light with just character tags, a simple pose and action, and honestly, one background tag. It's variations are amazing between gens too as long as you don't lock it down too hard with angle/view tags or arm/leg positions. Done right, you won't see the same pose over and over with little more than a head movement change.
@StratoKay I've used Dixar, that other one is news to me though, lol! That's a hell of a name!
@NeilSylver Same creator, definitely has a way with names...
@StratoKay Ah, that explains it. It catches the eye that's for sure :P If you have any issues with the new checkpoint, check out the last few posts on my profile at the prompts to see how minimal it works with, or hit me up on chat, i'd be more than happy to help you. (ᵔ⩊ᵔ)
@NeilSylver Really appreciate it, thanks!
