This LoRA is designed to produce exaggerated female orgasm expressions. It was primarily trained on 52 training images depicting women experiencing intense physical spasms following sexual activity.
As a result, generated images tend to prominently feature intense leg shaking, excessive squirting, and arching backward / head-back poses.
This isn't a mere double or triple — it's a grand-slam, walk-off home-run acme.
The term "home run acme" comes from a Summoner Name I encountered while playing ARAM in League of Legends. The opposing player's Summoner Name was "ホームランアクメ" (Home Run Acme).

Known issues:
On back overfitting: Only around 4 out of the 52 training images feature the subject lying face down. As a result, applying the LoRA tends to strongly bias the pose toward lying on the back. If you want a prone position, a workaround such as "(on stomach:2)" may be necessary.
Solo focus overfitting: Nearly all training images use solo focus, so the male character may sometimes fail to appear even when using 1boy.
