Hey Friend, how did you train a lora with only 2 images? can you please provide any guidance or redirect me to where you found instructions?
there is no manual which I am going with, just going with my own workflow I came up with after months of experience in lorabaking since SD 1.5 came out. I took two images, used AI to synthesize turnarnounds, processed and cropped all resulted images, labeled and trained it. Civitai is full of examples and tutorials how to do it. My approach is rather flawed, but it's good for making character models fast.
