I'd recommend using otherwise meaningless tags for triggering a character name or outfit name. A trigger like "alicemiranda" runs the risk of 1: Being contaminated by generator adding (e.g.,) other Alices it knows 2: On-site generators are prone to screaming false positives because it sees a givenname surname pattern in prompt.
Illustrious is generally weak on understanding tags outside its known vocabulary. Ideally you want to just use one known Danbooru tag per outfit piece (plus one for any patterns/prints if needed) and let training teach those properties rather than try to describe an outfit. Also you don't actually need to tag "child" in training: The training learns a character's body on its own, but tagging the body shape means it can't be used later to reinforce and, at best, eats a token for no gain.
