I'm excited to see what this can do in H3. Love this one. EDIT: Huh. Surprisingly H3 will kind of do this without the LoRA. Your examples still work, but without the specific lip support. Fascinating! But the LoRA works really well. Very little disruption to H3's natural look and behavior.
Yeah, minimax is very powerful and we have been able to get it do lipples with just prompting ... but they're not as luscious as with the lora 😉😉

It's crazy how well this lora works. It's interesting how poorly other penis and vagina detailers work, yet this is perfect under every scenario I tried.
Could you train some other detailer loras, like pussy and penis? Clearly whatever you are doing is working.

We have no current plan on doing a penis or pussy lora, creating a good dataset is very time consuming.
A good lora for penis/pussy may require a very different kind of dataset if the base model has a limited base understanding. Compared to lipples, where the model already knows what lips are and 'just' needs to learn a new position for them.

Incredible lora! Thank you for sharing the training config and dataset, I tried replicating them for training a character lora (30 images, captioned) in ai toolkit trying both the training adapter and contrastive guidance, but the loras turn out terrible, not retaining likeness but capturing the backgrounds perfectly.

Yes, it definitely works for i2v, make sure you are using fl2va model and not ref2v
@2_as_1 yeah i do use fl2va but dont know the issue, i checked keeping everything same and just changing loras , with your lora : given 1st frame was just used for a single frame then no reference intact whereas with exact same seed and everything same, just changing lora with mystic_xxx it was working but ofcourse it did not gave that lipple concept. if you can , please share the workflow you used for it.

@2_as_1 ok so i confirmed that the culprit is "Turbo Lora" , bypassed it and lora did work.

I have always loved the nipple mouth concept and this looks like it is years ahead of the compeTITion. Definitely trying this out soon!
