蓝新与消虎，是苏州高新区消防救援大队于2023年举办的“向光而行 火焰蓝新”IP形象征集大赛中脱颖而出的作品。

作为面向消防宣传的IP设计，它们巧妙融入了火焰蓝元素与苏州本地文化特色，既增强了消防安全宣传的亲和力，也有效提升了传播效果。

此后，经@Skydiver的二次创作，这一对搭档以furry风格的同人作品形式在中国Furry社区中广为流传。原本相对小众的官方征集形象，因此在爱好者群体中获得了更高的知名度与讨论热度。

Lan Xin and Xiao Hu are the standout works from the “Towards the Light, Flame Blue New” IP character design contest organized by the Suzhou High-tech Zone Fire and Rescue Brigade in 2023.

As IP designs created for fire safety publicity, they skillfully incorporate the flame-blue color scheme and local Suzhou cultural elements. This not only enhances the approachability of fire safety campaigns but also effectively boosts their reach and impact.

Later, through secondary creations by @Skydiver, the pair gained widespread popularity in the Chinese furry community in the form of furry-style fan works. What began as relatively niche official contest designs thereby achieved greater visibility and discussion among enthusiasts.

Below are the guidelines for using this Lora model. While the requirements are a bit strict, I hope everyone can adhere to these creation principles. Thank you all!

1.Please do not use it to create content involving cross-dressing, gender-swapping, or feminization.

2.Please do not use it to create R18G or other violent and gory content.

3.Do not use it for commercial purposes.

I personally prefer this Lora model to be used for creating homosexual content. If you wish to create heterosexual content, please keep it private and do not publish it publicly. Thank you for your understanding!
