I’ve tried making a Lora based on this concept a few times, but the results weren’t very good.
Add "femdom, urethral, metal rod in penis, 1girl, 1boy, urethral insertion, sounding, handjob, pov, smile, looking at viewer" tags.

The '1girl' isn't exactly needed with such a concept.. The primary models have women so overbaked into them as it is.. I'll try it out, but if I can't get it to generate without randomly making women, then it's no good..
