My training time was completely taken over by Minimax H3... but my friend is going to have birthday soon and i want to print him a poster so i needed that special kind of art only me and him will appreciate :D. Yes back in the famous 90s grass was greener, birds sang more beautiful and world was not ending everyday and you couldn't get stubbed and robbed by a junky in the middle of the day, everywhere was trash and stank of piss...oh wait it was exactly like that...anyway every kid in my neighborhood and by every kid i mean me and my friend wanted to have Amiga 500 with its fantastic variety of games on 3.5in floppy disks that you had to change in the middle of the game .. sometimes few times :D, there was a glorious game named Franko a sidescroller beat-em-up which perfectly showed the reality of living in Poland in the 90s :D... well without muscular street warriors and killing dozens of people but more of low effort graffiti garbage and gray aesthetics of the life and dirty smelly streets,70s soviet blocks, filled with us.. young bored assholes drinking cheap booze and smoking even cheaper cigarettes...yeah it was a shithole people apparently have nostalgia now days about these past times... :D anyway this is Amiga 500 pixel art based on Franko give it strength and it becomes even more glorious 1 - 1.5

    ahem, sir

Amiga-style highly detailed sparkly comics-like pixel art of a reasonable 320x200 resolution?
(the sparkly comics-like style comes from maximizing perceivable detailz within a very cramped palette range, in my personal experience)

There are many fans, I assure you. The Openxcom (& friends) crowd isn't even the only surviving ones, either.

This particular style you've posted is certainly the more 'enthusiastic amateur' kind of retro PC art, but it's still cute.

Oh I know ;-D there always are bands of fans of every art possible, is demo scene still active ? :-D I just wanted a description worth of Franko :-D and that's why it's Franko edition too i needed this super low effort ugly wonky characters and simple wash out backgrounds.

@lotrab921 I unfortunately don't know the answer to that, though I know the C64 demo scene is definitely still active

extremely crude and uneven 1990s Amiga pixel art, low-budget graphics, poor details, chunky blocky pixels, lopsided proportions, wonky anatomy, muddy limited color palette
