I really need to ask: How do you train these Loras? How many pictures you put as reference and where do you take them and also what prompt you put for the three images sample when you train the lora?
I tend to aim for ~1200 steps per outfit, which I usually try to achieve with ~20 images, 6 repeats, and 10 epochs. Exact results tend to vary based on the dataset itself, but I've found this to be reliable (with the Kohya engine specifically, AI Toolkit is a beast I do not understand).
The three image sample prompt I just... kind of put in whatever? Usually just simple poses and backgrounds with outfits I think need the immediate check, as I don't find Civit's samples reliable for anything more than just that. I prefer local generations with ComfyUI for stress testing, both because I get more images, and also because it's more likely to reveal any egregious-to-me errors.

Ah, yeah, that outfit is a missing one. Quickly checking around, it looks like it has less reference material than the ones I did grab, which would be how I missed it.
