The perfect LoRA when you want to get realistic or more detailed stylized images (by mixing it with stylized LoRAs), while retaining the expressiveness of the base model (which realistic checkpoint models trade-off).
It does take some configuration to get working right, but once you do it's fantastic. For instance, I've found adding "night" to the negative prompt greatly improves lighting. You'll also want to run a latent upscale detailing pass (or two) to improve textures and details.
