A MiniMax H3 workflow with live preview thanks to Kijai!
You need to update Kijai nodes first (use Comfyui Manager -> Update All). Then download "taeh3.safetensors" and put it in you ComfyUI models\vae_approx folder:

Thank you for sharing this. I’m testing this to see how long it will take
Sorry, my friend… unpleasant surprise. Not only is the loading time very long, but there’s also no preview of the animation. I don’t know why. Here’s my video thumbnail for the animation, which lasts exactly 00:20:08. The data is in my video as proof

Open ComfyUI Manager and update everything then try again. Your current "Model Preview Override" node does not support it, so you need the today's update.
Can confirm what OP said. Update KJ nodes - if the manager tells you there isn't an update, go into the custom_nodes\ComfyUI-KJNodes folder and run a git pull there - and put taeh3.safetensors in the correct folder and the preview should work. If you're not seeing a tiny_vae property in the preview override node, you're not up to date.
As for the speed, from what I've seen of this workflow, it doesn't really feature any of the "optimization" nodes like patch sage attention or Spectrum Apply. I assume it was a conscious choice to avoid degrading the quality. It is what it is.
If your previews work, then stop, you might be out of system ram.
Thanks, it works nicely!
