If you're having trouble defining the condom characteristics then turn down the weight, I found that 0.40 is still extraordinarily functional while allowing for color, amount of content, length and some physical deformations to be altered.
I trained this LoRA to augment the "Used Condom" series since I was having difficulty getting all of the desired concepts merged into a single model. This aught to accentuate that, or any other I would imagine, since it can operate at a very low weight.

Its a cool idea but seems to be influencing person loras?
I always test my LoRA against others that I made of peoples` likeness, that I can't post here of course, and so far Krea 2 doesn't give me issues. Of the 50+ likeness LoRA I've made, thus far, I'll test about 10 percent against a particular LoRA, using a different set each time I train and, except for a few oddballs of the 8 different ksamplers with different schedulars and samplers I run them through, I usually get at least 2/3rds hit, which is good enough for me, so I guess your expectations are more stringent.
I don't disbelieve that you're having issues, but maybe the above will encourage you to try something different, though I don't intend to re-train my LoRA since I'm not experiencing issues so there's really nothing I'm going to do about this.
what model unet did you use for this?
This is Krea 2, DiT, not a U-Net, so I don't know what you're trying to ask.
