Trained solely on the game's portraits, using WAI v16.

This Lora was done for creating portrait mods using Photoshop and RPG Maker MV/MZ.

If you're looking to create in-game scenes, use this Lora.

Recommended steps (how I do it):

-Create a new character portrait at 704x1408 by changing the default prompts (listed below), using either txt2img or img2img. You can use a portrait from the original game as a reference (that's what I do).

-(OPTIONAL) You can use an upscaling workflow to fix errors in the portrait; the one I use is in the metadata of the first image. Click where it says “COMFY: 35 Nodes” under “Other metadata” in the image information to copy it, then press Ctrl+V in ComfyUI, and the workflow I use will open.

-Cut out the background using Photoshop’s Magic Wand tool.

-Resize the image to 350x700 (that’s the original size used for in-game portraits) using the Lanczos algorithm.

-Duplicate the original portrait you want to modify in the game folder “www/img/pictures”.

-Open the duplicated portrait and place your generated portrait on a layer above it, aligning them as closely as possible.

-Using the Lasso tool, select all the new elements in your new bust (clothing, accessories, etc.) and delete everything else.

-Use the Eraser tool to remove any pixels that don’t align properly with the original bust.

-Save the image.

With this, you now have a new portrait that blends seamlessly with the original game art.
