Cantarella from Wuthering Waves. Trained on Illustrious-XL v0.1. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.

Trigger word is "wwctr" and "very long hair, wavy hair, light purple hair, hair between eyes, blue eyes, purple nails" is required.

• Add "frilled headdress, hair flower, blue flower, white dress, cleavage cutout, gold earrings, blue gem, gold brooch, see-through sleeves, detached sleeves, white gauntlets, frilled dress, gradient skirt, blue skirt, white thighhigh, single thighhigh, white high heels" for her typical look.

• "Facial mark" adds the marks under her eyes, but tends to add it to both sides (lol SD).
