VELVET VICE — AUTONOMOUS VISION
LTX 2.3 + LTX 2.5 Video Workflow
Update: An earlier upload accidentally contained the Krea 2 package instead of the LTX package. This has been corrected. The current download contains the proper LTX 2.3 and LTX 2.5 workflows.
AUTONOMOUS VISION is a modular ComfyUI workflow suite for LTX 2.3 and LTX 2.5 video generation.
The integrated Vision Director analyzes the source image and creates an optimized video prompt from a short user instruction. Manual prompting remains fully supported.
Main Features
Separate workflows and prompt logic for LTX 2.3 and LTX 2.5
Autonomous, assisted and manual generation modes
Optional Gemma Prompt Enhancer for LTX 2.5 with ON/OFF control
Structured three-pass rendering
Power LoRA AV and independent LoRA search
Adaptive Live Preview with 24/48 FPS output
Anti-Ghost, watermark and postprocessing controls
VRAM cleanup after cancelled generations
Clean Installer with backup and downgrade protection
Validator and safe one-click uninstaller
Direct installation through ComfyUI Manager / Missing Custom Nodes
The proven LTX 2.3 workflow remains available alongside the newer LTX 2.5 branch.
Existing Director, Player, Live Preview, Power LoRA and rendering features are preserved.
ComfyUI Manager Installation — Recommended
VELVET VICE — LTX is now officially available through the Comfy Registry.
You no longer need to manually install the Velvet Vice custom nodes.
Simply:
Load the LTX 2.3 or LTX 2.5 workflow in ComfyUI.
Open Missing Custom Nodes.
Install VELVET VICE — LTX.
Restart ComfyUI.
Reload the workflow.
You can also search directly for:
velvet-vice-ltx
inside the ComfyUI Custom Nodes Manager.
Both LTX 2.3 and LTX 2.5 use the same VELVET VICE — LTX custom-node package.
Manual / Fallback Installation
The original one-click installer is still included as a fallback.
This can be useful if:
ComfyUI Manager is unavailable
the Registry cannot be reached
you prefer a manual/offline installation
you need the included backup and downgrade-protection system
Close ComfyUI, extract the package and run:
_START_HERE_INSTALL_V1.2.7.cmd
Then restart ComfyUI and refresh the browser with:
Ctrl + F5
The installer only manages the dedicated VELVET VICE — LTX custom-node package.
Models, LoRAs and third-party custom nodes are not included.
Important – Windows Portable Startup Flags
Add the following parameters to your ComfyUI startup .bat file:
--fp8_e4m3fn-text-enc --fast-disk
Example
.\python_embeded\python.exe -s ComfyUI\main.py --windows-standalone-build --fp8_e4m3fn-text-enc --fast-disk
Do not add the parameters twice.
A prepared example and editing instructions are included in the:
03_WINDOWS_PORTABLE
folder.
One-Click Autoprompt Setup
The Autoprompt model setup is fully automated.
Simply run:
_INSTALL_AUTOPROMPT_MODEL.bat
The installer will automatically:
check if Ollama is installed
install Ollama if required
download the recommended Autoprompt model
configure it through Ollama's own model storage
Recommended model:
fredrezones55/Qwen3.5-Uncensored-HauhauCS-Aggressive:9b
No manual LLM download or ComfyUI model-folder setup is required.
One click → wait for installation → ready to use.
The Ollama installer is separate from the ComfyUI Registry installation because the Autoprompt LLM is managed by Ollama, not by ComfyUI.

Very nice!. but uhm i get ''Indian'' faces with singing.
Did something get wong?
Also can you please make ''Autonomouse director'' Minimax h3 mode? :)
Thanks. The workflow simply executes the commands it is given. Issues can stem from the checkpoint, the LoRA (and its strength)—especially when using multiple ones—or even the prompting. At the very least, I’ve only ever encountered such anomalies with those specific elements. I think I could create a Minimax workflow... but lately, so many users have been asking me to create various workflows... I don't know what the future holds, so I can't make any promises.
