SD 1.5 doesn't support enough detail to effectivly draw this kind of image. If you have a limited GPU and can only run SD 1.5 you could try a workflow for ComfyUI which manages VRAM for slower cards. Any workflow which has the SplitSigmas node should work with a little experimentation, but I don't know enough about ComfyUI to do that for you, otherwise I'd upload an example. Sorry.
