This model was trained on real bulge images, lightly touched with AI to maintain feminine features. It knows 2 concepts: "Crotch bulge" and "exposed testicles". Both can be used together or separately. "Exposed testicles" is best used with undergarments or short shorts-style clothing. Sometimes the concepts will meld together without explicitly prompting for it; I'm trying to fix this in the next version (and expand the dataset).
The lora may work better in some scenarios when supplemented with loras such as Snofs which seem to have some native understanding of bulges.
If you aren't getting the results you want try 1.25 or 1.5 strength.

how much range is there in size?
My intention with this model is to keep things semi-realistic, adding phrases like "massive bulge" seems to give a larger result (and using strength lower than 1 gives a smaller result) and using loras like Snofs or other general NSFW loras which also understand bulges may give you more size variance. If you are looking for cartoonish size this probably isn't the lora for you but I'm pretty sure there's others you can use
