Do I really need to introduce Kinu Nishimura (西村キヌ, Nishimura Kinu)? Easily one of the most dynamic and consistently enjoyable artists in gaming history, Nishimura-sensei has almost certainly done artwork you've seen sooner or later, be it her work on Street Fighter, Capcom vs. SNK, Darkstalkers or various others. She is one of the great shining gems of video game art and I'm happy to bring you this lora.
LORA NOTES
This lora was a challenge for a number of reasons. For one, Anima training seems to be more finnicky than Illu, and I'm still figuring it out. Secondly, Nishimura-sensei's art is very dynamic and has lots of stylistic "subgenres". This lora was curated for style consistency, while also keeping a broad enough range to adequately train the model. The result is fun, dynamic and recognizably Nishimura, but I find it's a tad on the weak side, so I will be doing a second version, partly as an experiment to see what changing parameters do for the same dataset. The data is purely Nishimura, from her artbook scans and fanarts.
USE
The trigger tag is @n1sh1mura
Lora strength: try 1.4 for stylized, lower for mixing
Versatile between anime and semi-realism; I really like what Ri-Mix does with it personally
Characters are naturally pretty muscular as you might expect
I hope you enjoy this lora, and if you have, please consider leaving a gen or two below. It really helps me out!
Cheers!
Description
Initial version. I'm calling this the "Medium" weight one, and will be trying at least "Heavy" to see if a higher DIM/Alpha better captures the subtle nuances of her style. If that one is inconclusive, I'll probably make a lightweight one at some point.
