Honoka Izumi is a sub-heroine who appears in the story. She is a nurse who serves as the assistant to the protagonist, a doctor, and treats him like a capable assistant, a cute girlfriend at times, and a kind mother at others. During the game, if you anger her, she may take a few days off and go out, and when that happens, she won’t prepare meals for you, so you’ll have to spend money to eat out. To complete the game, you must avoid doing anything outrageous that would make her angry. (That said, she won’t get upset unless something really extreme happens.)

In the game, you can ask her for sex at any time. When she’s in a good mood, she’ll even go along with kinky play. Her hobby is cosplay.
