Maybe the Gothic Dark Fantasy Movie is the closes as composition, but the native lighting and colors there are different

What Artists come to your mind when you think "Painterly Dark Fantasy"
@ArsMachina probably Tsutomu Kitazawa and Tetsu Takahashi, but they are mostly FromSoftware artists so I don't think you can easily find artwork other than from the Artbooks. Other than that, if you go to the one I linked his whole video gallery is filled with such dark fantasy stuff, it's probably from Niji or whatever but they look pretty cool.
