Looks a little stiff from example images, which generally indicates it was made on too few images.
Given you didn't mention glasses, I'm guessing you don't have any Japanese fanart or anything from Reboot Camp: The RBC ending cutscene for AW1 there alone is 6 pictures, with CO power animation another 2 and key art at least 1 more. The main thing you need raw image count for is face and body shape, so you can actually include the alternate outfits and hairstyles with relatively limited data with a little creative tagging (to avoid having different things assigned to the same tag).
