For some reason both Anima and Illustrious were having issues getting this dress right so I made a LoRA for it.

Either way I labeled parts of the dress as individual pieces of clothing to control what color they'd be so writing 'blue skirt' in the prompt makes the lower half blue, and the upper part would be the same but 'blue shirt'. 'Blue ribbon' would make the ribbon between the halves blue and a hezi (the sash where the ribbon goes) is optional but can be controlled in the same way as the others.
