芸能界の売れない落ちこぼれアイドルたちの奮闘を描きつつも、登場人物全員が何かしらの濃厚なこだわりを持つ、極めてフェティシズムに特化した名作『おちこぼれフルーツタルト』。 ロコはかつて人気子役として名を馳せていた過去を持ちますが、成長とともに役柄に恵まれなくなり、現在は売れないアイドルユニット「フルーツタルト」のリーダー兼メンバーとして再起をかけて活動しています。そんな彼女のフェチ対象はズバリ「大きな胸」。隙あらば豊満なバストを持つ相手に飛びついて抱きつく習性があり、同じグループの前原仁菜は格好のターゲットとして日常的に抱きつかれています。一方で、主人公の桜衣乃から「私にも抱きついてほしい」と頼まれた際には、仁菜ほどのボリュームがないことを理由に容赦なく断るなど、強いこだわりとブレない姿勢がコミカルに描かれています。
なお、「関野ロコ・チコ」という名前は、東京都小金井市の「関野町」（大部分を小金井公園が占める地域）が苗字の由来となっており、名前の「ロコ」はいろは歌（いろはにほへと…）の「ろ」に由来しています。

One obsession Branch (Mature). Because this checkpoint tends to narrow the eyes and emphasize lip detailing, it is recommended to addlarge expressiveto the eye prompt (e.g.,large expressive half-lidded purple eyes) and include(lipstick, lip:1.5)in the negative prompt.
While Dropout Idol Fruit Tart follows the struggles of underdog idols trying to make it in show business, the series is uniquely celebrated for its deep, eccentric fetishistic undertones, with every character harboring their own intense obsessions. Roko was once a famous and successful child actress, but after outgrowing child roles, work dried up—leading her to join the struggling idol unit "Fruit Tart." Her absolute obsession is large breasts. She possesses an irresistible urge to latch onto anyone with an ample bust, making fellow member Nina Maehara her primary, constant target. Conversely, when protagonist Ino Sakura pleaded with her for a hug, Roko bluntly rejected her simply because Ino lacked Nina's impressive volume, highlighting her hilarious and unwavering dedication to her preference.
Her family name originates from Sekino-cho in Koganei City (a district largely occupied by Koganei Park), while "Roko" is derived from the syllable "Ro" in the traditional Japanese Iroha poem.
