Hello! I’m happy to introduce Carefull Diffusion XL (Illustrious), a specialized Stable Diffusion XL model based on the Illustrious architecture and inspired by the distinctive visual style of Civitai creator Carefull💛.

The model is designed to produce high-quality anime illustrations with expressive characters, refined linework, vibrant colors, soft lighting, and carefully rendered details. It performs especially well with character-focused compositions, elegant outfits, atmospheric backgrounds, dynamic poses, and cinematic framing.

Carefull Diffusion XL understands both simple and detailed prompts, allowing you to create anything from clean character portraits to complex scenes. It pays close attention to facial expressions, hair strands, clothing details, anatomy, lighting, and the overall atmosphere of the image.

A suitable VAE is already baked in, providing clear colors, strong contrast, and crisp details.

Recommended Settings

• Steps: 20–35

• Sampler: Euler a | DPM++ 2M

• Scheduler: Karras

• CFG Scale: 2–6

• Recommended resolution: SDXL-compatible resolutions

• Clip Skip: 2, if required by your interface

Try adjusting the CFG scale for each prompt. Lower values can produce softer and more natural results, while higher values may follow the prompt more strictly.

Please avoid using too many quality-enhancing tags or an excessively long negative prompt. The model usually works best with clear and concise instructions.
