Never use the word "human" to describe him
Just write your scene normally: action, setting, clothing, camera angle, lighting, mood
Emotion words are fine ("shocked," "determined," "alarmed") - describe what he's feeling, not what he looks like
Hair can be described by style/texture ("disheveled," "spiky," "swept back") - just don't say it's growing from a human head
