Using the Repeat Image Batch Node to create the frames of an animation, worked alright but it was Hit & Miss. As it generally produced nothing more than what I would call, Idle Portrait Animations. Which is why the Addition of the Power Noise from WAS made a big difference, even though it created a Blurry Animation it was usable and could be sharpened.
