For the next guy with the same question - I was not getting output that was similar to the examples no matter what I tried. Turns out, the LoRA 'FilterBypass3' (https://civitai.com/models/2728234/krea2filterbypass?modelVersionId=3067151) tweaks the same vectors this one does. Disabling FilterBypass3 will get you the output you expect.
