Unfortunately, the stripe(s) on his shirts/kneehighs are a bit inconsistent between generations, so I'd suggest attempting to use very specific descriptions (ex: "white kneehighs with one black stripe") to achieve desired results, if not opting for inpaint. Otherwise, the rest of his overall design should be down to a T.
