Available range is from -4 to 4. Which are -4 pale albino to 4 deep ebony.
Around 0.5 is for mixed race or bronzed skin color of the subject.

@NoiseWriggler no... a load image node creates when I drag .webp or .jpg... I'll try with your file when I'm at the computer, maybe my save node didn't store Metadata properly...
If you are doing anymore krea sliders, a gender one would be useful.
Also a fictional skin tone slider with green, blue, red, etc skin would be very useful for fantasy and scifi.
