I'm slightly confused about the trigger word. You've used both a back-slash "\" and a forward-slash "/".
I think that the one you're intending is the back-slash "\" as that is used to make the generator ignore the parenthesis as tag intensifiers. Placing it before each parenthesis \(character\) prevents it from reading it as that.
Without them, "puss in boots (character)" would be placing a 1.1 weight on the "character" tag, but with the back-slash it can read it as a normal tag.
You're right, I see what's happened. I used a forward slash before the brackets in BooruDatasetTagManager instead of back slash and it automatically adds the slashes for brackets anyway. It looked fine within the program (except for using the wrong slash) but when viewing the text file it looks like 'puss in boots /\(character/\)'. It doesn't seem to have really affected the training but I've changed the trigger word on this page. When I do an updated version I'll fix the captions.
@KazrikĀ Could I request that you expand the CivitAI generator Weight Range as well? It seems you've selected it to be 1.0, and so the slider on the generation options is locked at 1.0
A regular range from -2.0 to 0 to 2.0 would make it more flexible for the on site generator.
I think this has been a point of confusion for some creators on the site, as I've seen odd locks at -100.00 on other LoRAs. I think it's helpful to be mindful of the range you put in when uploading the LoRA, it dictates how site gen users are allowed to use the LoRA.
@PlagSoftĀ Sure, I don't use the CivitAI generator so I had no idea it's locked to those values, I thought it was just a recommended value. Seems odd that it isn't unlocked.
@PlagSoft I've fixed the issues you mentioned in my v2 of the LORA
