Illustrious Notes:
It really fights with the futanari aspect in images as the dataset shows a ton of her as a futanari, you'll have to specify female bits and mess with the negative prompt accordingly.
Anima Notes:
Dataset was nothing but futanari and with red/orange backgrounds. Adding things like: red theme, orange theme, to the negative prompt helped things out. Lowering the weight to 0.7 helped a ton too, pretty unorthodox, I know. But overall, came out okay.

I have your previous version of this LoRA. I usually generate images on Pony and SDXL models. Will this version of LoRA work with such models?
There is a pony version available already! I hope that answers your question :) you will need to generate on a Illustrious checkpoint for this newest one.
