Any trigger words or example prompts?
(Face looks very similar through the examples, so I will test for "face altering" effects.)

Deepthroat is the trigger. With Big Love and Big Lust you can change appearance rather easily. Lowering the strength down and putting in pose prompts can alter position and depth of view a bit. Seems to work well with character LoRAs well.
I used roughly 180 images with a varied appearance so it tends to work well with any prompt to get a specific look.
