There is a traditional Chinese myth named Xing Tian. Xing Tian was originally a giant and a minister under the Flame Emperor (Yan Di). After Yan Di was defeated by the Yellow Emperor (Huang Di) in a struggle for supremacy, Xing Tian refused to submit. He marched to the Celestial Court, bearing his battle-axe and shield, and challenged the Yellow Emperor to single combat. The Yellow Emperor cut off Xing Tian's head and buried it at Changyang Mountain. Despite losing his head, Xing Tian's body refused to fall. Xing Tian then used his nipples as eyes and his navel as a mouth, and continued to fight with his shield and axe.
