This ADetailer model helps to annotate anuses on images to inpaint them automatically. Model was trained using yolov8s model. This model should be working for human/anime/furry as from v2.

Now this is segmentation model and it will make you a better masks with tighter mask which will positively reduce the inpainting area leading to less artifacts for inpainting zones.
Usage:
Copy into your "models/adetailer" folder and extract
Activate adetailer extension and select model by it's name
I suggest to use it with 0.2 threshold and mask only the top k largest 1-amount of characters on image, but usually detections outputs are with confidences 0.3 and more.

Having had some weird quirks with this adetailer I initially left a comment critiquing its results. However since I have proved this to be due to my inexperience with inpainting - I deleted my prior comment.
This adetailer works excellently in detecting and masking anuses. however you likely need to tweak your inpainting settings to get the best results.
If prompting on standard SDXL resolutions I recommend setting the mask's padding as high as 64 pixels, or even higher, since it gives your model more context of what is around the area it is inpainting. Prompting in a 896x1152 resolution I have set the masks padding to as high as 96 pixels with great results.
If you are trying to use an artist style that draws larger anuses with an initial prompting style that draws smaller ones; Increase the weight of your anus tag in the initial prompt to get a larger one, then use this adetailer with a different style prompt to get the size and style you want.
