This is a model that emphasizes the bondage aspect of medical procedure, typically seen in surgery, medical experiments, hospital theme BDSM, etc. Comparing to the other similar models I posted (anesthesia, on operating table, etc), this model emphasizes the strap / bondage aspect. It is a NSFW model so use it with care.

Trained with both realistic and anime images and should work on both CLIP 1&2 checkpoints, though anime based checkpoints seem to work better. It also works better in portrait mode, but works with landscape mode too, just with lower success rate. It works with character LoRAs pretty well, see sample images for examples.

Since it was trained on surgery pictures, it has a strong tendency of drawing surgical caps and masks. If you don't want to see these, you can add them to the negative prompt.
