You can do both his iconic green tunic and Skyloft outfit.
The Skyloft outfit is more rough and isn't too accurate. It does tend to almost resemble BOTW Link, most likely from the checkpoint already trained on hundreds of BOTW images. The red waistband doesn't always show up and sometimes add a ponytail, so try adding ponytail, sash, knot belt to the negative prompt to remove those.
There will be improvements in the future.
