Whip it Out!

Whip it Out! is a LTX 2.3 motion LoRA intended to produce more precise movement regarding pulling down underwear to reveal a penis.

This LoRA was trained to generate more natural and smooth motion while pulling down underwear or pants, and improved physics for the penis after it's been revealed.

This LoRA is intended to be used with a NSFW base model and/or with LoRA(s) with a good understanding of penises.

Prompts examples

Below are snippets of prompts used for training : use them to describe the scene

- A man pulls down his underwear to reveal his [erect|soft] penis
- A shirtless man pulls down his sweatpants to reveal his [erect|soft] penis
- The penis is hard and is swinging around
- The sound of fabric sliding can be heard

Probably under-trained (likely poor results) :

- At the end, the man takes his penis in his hand
- The penis is hard and bounces back up
- the penis slapping his belly can be heard

Known weaknesses

• Fairly often, the penis appears before it should and clips through the underwear.

• Sometimes, soft penises appear hard anyway

• Even though my dataset included men taking their penis in their hand after whipping it out, the motion is likely not correct. Use another LoRA for this.

This is actually my first time training for a video LoRA! Even if it's not perfect, this V1 still has value in my opinion. The native motion of "pulling down underwear" is so bad on base models.

This was trained on a rented A100 instance for 4000 steps (approx. 18 hours) on the base LTX 2.3 model (so the SFW one... not optimal).

In my honest opinion, this LoRA sometimes feels undercooked. My dataset was maybe not varied enough and my training parameters sub-optimal.

Additional trivia : the first frame for each video of this showcase have been generated on Flux 1D with added muscle of my own LoRA, GodMaker, at reduced strength.

I have learnt many things during the process of training this, so if you like it and want to see an improved V2 someday, please say so and share tips if you have!
