... can you please attach a fully working example for a small/short video, including the starting images and prompts?
Director doesn't need a special workflow, you can just add the node to any workflow you already like.
@boobkake22 yeah, the problem is that I don't get results like in most of the video I see here or YouTube, the images morph one into the next and I can't understand if it's my setup, my choice of images or something else... that's why a zip file with the workflow and 2-3 images that worked on someone else's computer would help me a lot to understand what's wrong
@TooLittleVRAM One of the hardest things with LTX-2.3 - also true for Wan - is understanding how much change the model will tolerate before weird things happen. To use a simple example: If a start and end frame are "too far appart" for the model, it will sometimes introduce an edit or create new elements from nothing or other bizarre artifacts to ensure it can for the requested transition - in practice there is a subtle "rate of change" a model will tolerate based on configuration. LTX makes this worse, because there's also sound - dialog can be incredibly messy to get the pacing for. When you start adding multiple image references, like with director, that problem exacerbates further. There is a discreet skill in understanding how the model will bend in this way. This seems like it's only knowable through experience.
Very good workflow! Thank you
