Well it's simple Lora which helps with wet hair) SD is kinda sucks at that aspect, so I made this stuff.
Some models already can provide you with decent wet hair. Use this Lora if you want the hair to be even wetter :)
I used weight 1, because this Lora doesn't affect style much, and doesn't meddle with other loras.

Give it some more weight for anime style models, it will give best results. Sometimes gives weird result with melting clothes.
