Question..
At the Mask Editor section, where you are supposed to drag the photo over. Is there supposed to be a pause for you can actually do that or do you just run the entire thing again?
you have to rerun it, it should start directly in the mask editor. When you drag and drop the image. Otherwise, you can CTRL +B the Detailer for AnimateDiff (blur it). Run. Then, unblur it. Rerun and it should start in the mask editor.
Comfyui is annoying sometimes. Sorry for that.
Another Option is to create a workflow focused only on the mask editor. You Copy paste my boxes and create your own worflow.

yes exactly, you have two lora boxes, in the input group. And you have to put it in your models/lora of your comfyui folder
