Best strength at 0.35, trained on 768x768, ADetailer HIGHLY recommended for full body images and not usually needed for closeups. 0.37 denoise typically looks best with ADetailer.
You will probably get eye artifacts if you go above 0.35-4 strength. It's not necessary.
