Pichu LoRA trained on NovelAI with Kohya training scripts using the DAdaptAdam optimizer at 512x512 resolution. Works incredibly well, I didn't run into any major issues during my testing. Should have wide compatibility with model mixes based on NovelAI, which is most of them. Trained on a mixed male/female dataset.

If it's a Pichu, isn't it still considered underaged..?
Pokémon are in a weird spot where they don’t really have a canonical ‘age’. If you use a good mix of source training art, there shouldn’t be any particular age bias for the character appearance aside from their defining traits (black tipped ears, black tail, cheek pouches, etc). This means that the character will only come out looking ‘underage’ if you prompt for it, which I’ve avoided doing in my example images.
