This is a NSFW model so use with care. The model draws patients lying on operating tables. Note this model does not include anesthesia equipments. If you wish to draw a patient under anesthesia, please use the other model that I built. It also does not emphasize strapping / bound to the table. I have a different model that I will upload in the future. It does, however, draw an operating table / hospital bed with higher accuracy.

It works pretty well in portrait mode. Make sure you include "top view" in the prompt. Landscape mode is hit or miss, and you need to specify "side view". It is a CLIP1 model and should work on both anime and realistic checkpoint. You can also combine this model with control net if you wish to see your patient positioned in a certain way.
