    cs800t_film

A Z-Image Turbo LoRA that emulates the signature look of Cinestill 800T — the tungsten-balanced cinema film stock

famous for its red halation glow around light sources, pushed grain, and moody low-light color response.

    Trigger word: cs800t_film

    Base model: Z-Image Turbo

    What it does

Pulls your generations toward the Cinestill 800T aesthetic:

    - Halation — that unmistakable red/orange bloom around streetlights, neon signs, headlights, windows. The thing that

made the stock a cult favorite.

    - Tungsten color science — warm highlights, cool shadows, night scenes that look alive instead of flat

    - Pushed grain — organic film texture, not digital noise

    - Low-light shot language — rain-slick streets, neon after midnight, interiors lit by a single bulb, that "shot on

    35mm at ISO 1600" mood

Works on anything — portraits, cityscapes, interiors, surreal scenes — but shines hardest when there's a practical

light source in frame to bloom.

    Training

    Trained on 200 hand-curated images pulled from r/analog, r/cinestill, r/35mm, and r/AnalogCommunity. Source images

scraped with query filters for Cinestill 800T specifically (night, portrait, pushed stock variants), scored, manually

reviewed, rejects removed. Minimum 1080px width to preserve grain detail. Full provenance recorded per image.

    Four checkpoints trained: 750 / 1500 / 2250 / 3000 steps — pick your preferred strength of the effect.

    Recommended settings

    - Strength: 0.7–1.0 (can push to 1.2 for heavier halation)

    - Prompt pattern: cs800t_film, [your scene], [lighting cue] — always include at least one light source in the

description to give the halation something to bite on

    - Best with: night scenes, neon, tungsten interiors, rain, fog, cinematic framing

    Example prompts

cs800t_film, a solitary figure in a trench coat walking down a flooded grocery

store aisle, shelves stocked with glowing vials, eerie lighting

cs800t_film, ancient knight sitting on a late-night subway train, neon lights

flickering outside the window, moody cinematic color grading

cs800t_film, diner waitress taking an order from a shadow person, 1950s

aesthetic, harsh dramatic rim lighting, intense film grain

    ---

Trained by MSch. Dataset transparency: every source image is a public reddit post with a recorded permalink. No

synthetic training data, no undisclosed scraping.

    - v1.1 — 1500 steps — balanced, the safe default

    - v1.2 — 2250 steps — stronger halation and grain

    - v1.3 — 3000 steps — full-send Cinestill look, most aggressive
