Excuse me, why can't I see the fabric suture on picture character's arm in your image
This can be achieved by increasing the epoch in training, but problems arise if used in something other than a stock SDXL model.
I uploaded v1e4, which is a version of v1 trained on 4 epochs. This version is more difficult to use than v1, but it should be able to implement the features you want. https://civitai.com/models/256110?modelVersionId=289316
