I've been having no luck training a better version of my SabuArt - Z-Image Turbo lora, but this Chroma lora I've made in the mean time seems to have turned out pretty well. The dataset is the same as the Z-Image lora, but I've removed the last of the signatures. Though I find that putting in the trigger word Sabudenego-SabuArt will sometimes put a signature in. Otherwise have fun!
