Use Shelob for sure, and black dress with draped fabric wrapping her arms is an usable way to control her clothes.

Definitely overfitting, can't generate diverse background, yet character features are well studied. She doesn't have a in game model, yet as an important character, there are enough clear cutscenes of her, where ai would works the best.

I'm not sure how I feel about turning a giant spider in to a hot gothic lady (and looks like a porn actress). I mean Ungoliant can do shapeshifting for sure, yet I don't remember if there is any clue that shows her degenerated descendants like Shelob can do that. Despite it is clear that they don't care much about the story, such obvious intention is still kinda weird.

Yet on the other hand, I'm not that much a fan of LOTR. I mean I like it and I know its important, yet the core of the story (especially Silmaril) is still a bit too premodern for me. I definitely will be attracted by mature dark hair lady and she actually is pretty likable in the story. The thing that pissed me the most is actually those two fake-eastern ringwraiths, I think it is a normal and reasonable reaction for a native Asian.
