This model generates images of doctors and nurses wearing a stethoscope, ready to have a listen of your heart beat. The biggest challenge for a model like this is how AI struggles with cables. While AI can draw the pose right, you will see the stethoscope cable showing up in wrong places. I have not found a good way to address this, but it is pretty easy to fix with inpaint (see one of the sample image).
Trained over realistic images with CLIP=1 and will work for both realistic and anime checkpoints. Works well with both clothing and character LoRAs.

A nice addition to all these models would be a background like a patient room in a hospital. Some models generate those with... rather unique furniture.
You can put "hospital ward" in the prompt. If you want more "fancy" furnitures you can use the operating room LoRA I made.
Could you retrain this for Pony? I would gladly supply the buzz.
Try use qwen model instead, you don't need a LoRA, as it understands the pose with just prompt.
