I'm back on TikTok! So I decided to train a lora of myself in a fursuit!.. Woah!!!!!!
Note: I did not make the fursuit; the OG suit was made by FurryPrintLab on Etsy! All I did was buy the suit and take pictures of myself in it for the dataset. Credit goes to him for his incredible talent in fursuit making! <3
Note to CivitAI Staff: I'm not sure if this lora counts as a "real person" since it's just me in a fursuit. No human faces are in the dataset. if I need to set this as a real person lora, please let me know!

I Absolutely love the fur suit. I don't have one myself so I envy you. :)
Thank you so much!!! :D
It's a cool project. I always wondered how something like this would come out. Generations inbound.
Mega blurry though.
I'm uploading a new version now, The blur bug should be fixed! :3
@CappyAdams It is still blurry the way I tried it on Wai. Bringing the weight down and changing it to Janku as you recommended in the settings still fixes it a lot.
Did you train this on the Janku checkpoint?
@Diamond_Letter I trained this on the default illustrious... I assume it's blurry because the style is so different from anime. I'll try to look into why it is so blurry on Wai
@CappyAdams As long as you have enough images in the dataset to work, this sounds like something you could figure out by playing with the learning rates based on my own training experiences.
While I'm here, I thought I would mention that you should probably replace "kigurumi" with "animegao" in the tags.
@Diamond_Letter I see! also, I will def need to update the dataset haha. there are only 4 pics because I really wanted to train the lora... so yeah. thanks for your reply! :3
@CappyAdams You're welcome!
Yeah, that would do it. I had to crop + upscale my old lora on Sinner into a bunch of different "upper body" and "portrait" shots to make it work and just barely had enough to make it good. You could probably just take more pictures "from side", "from behind", or "from below" as well as in different locations. Either way, it sounds like an easy fix. If the learning rate is an issue, that is something to figure out after.
Also, while you were typing your reply, I made an edit to my last reply saying to swap out the kigurumi tag.
@Diamond_Letter I see I see!
@CappyAdams I saw you donated a bunch to my article. Are you using it for your next version? If so, I hope you are finding it helpful.
@Diamond_Letter Yep! I am infact using it! Taking down loads of notes haha!
@CappyAdams Cool!
If you run into any problems be sure to let me know. Even after that article got good reviews I still ran into some issues, which I have since fixed. I want to know if there are still some things to work out.
@Diamond_Letter Gotcha! :D
@CappyAdams I saw and tested the lora when maintenance ended.
From the looks of it, a strength of 1 is fine for the lora I tested it on, where ~0.8 is good for using it without exterior styles.
The improvement curve is vertical! You did it!
@Diamond_Letter Thanks alot!! you truly are a life saver haha!
